Motorola started soak testing of Android 5.1 lollipop for their devices and new features explained


Motorola which is known for providing regular updates to its devices after Google Nexus is now preparing to release the latest Android 5.1 lollipop on it's devices. 

This week when Google officially released the new version of it's android for the Nexus and Android One devices, Lenovo's owned company Motorola also starts soak testing on their devices. The soak test will be available for those who are registered to the Motorola Soak Test while the regular update will be coming in phases.
Android 5.1 will improve your phone's stability, performance and comes with few features given below
  1. Device Protection which helps to find your lost or stolen device by remain locked until you sign in with your Google account - even if someone resets your device to factory settings. 
  2. High Definition voice calling is now on your mobile phone which gives crystal clear calling with HD Voice between compatible Android 5.1 devices like the Nexus 6 on T-Mobile or Verizon.

  • Moto X (Both 1st and 2nd Gen)
  • Moto G (Both 1st and 2nd Gen)
  • Moto E (Both 1st and 2nd Gen)
  • Moto Turbo
  • Moto 360
