The new Moto care has been located at Jayanagar Road in Bangalore. This facility will act as a experience zone for customers to get hands-on with company's all products including Moto X (with leather and wood versions), Moto G 2014, Moto E 2nd Gen, Moto Turbo, Motorola Nexus 6 and Moto 360. The zone is also capable of facilitating online orders via Flipkart, Motorola's exclusive retail partner.
This new facility also provide service and support to customers which offers walk-in service with its trained support staff. Also, support will be provided for various queries across software upgrades and device hardware repair.
Motorola also said that they have over 150 repair and service centres across India.
