HTC introduce its bigger and better handset: One M9 Plus with QHD display and fingerprint scanner


After so many reports and rumours, HTC has finally introduce little bigger+ fingerprint equipped version of the flagship One M9, HTC One M9 Plus.

The handset is unveil in the Chinese market and soon it will make it's way in the Asian market. According to media reports, HTC has no plans to introduce it in the US, UK and European market.

The all new HTC M9 Plus look similar to it's small brother. The new M9 Plus sports a 5.2 inch QHD (2560x1440) Super LCD 3 display with the protection of Cornering Gorilla Glass 4. 

The phone also comes with physical home button which also adds fingerprint biometric authentication. It has the same traditional HTC's front firing speakers on the top and botton with Dolby digital for better Audio.

The new M9+ is not boasting Snapdragon processor like One M9. It is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core MT6795T processor driven by PowerVR G6200 graphics backed by 3GB of ram running Android 5.0.2 lollipop with HTC Sense 7.0 UI on the top. The phone comes with 32GB onboard storage with the micro sd card expansion upto 128GB.


The One M9+ sports a duo 20.7 + 2.1MP camera with the dual Led flash. The camera has all the features like One M9. At front, the phone comes with 4MP ultra pixel camera.


The phone is packed with 2840mAh of battery. In the terms of connectivity, M9 Plus supprots 4G LTe, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Infrared, NFC, USB Host 2.0 and FM Radio.
