The phone was first announced in March at $70 (approx Rs. 4400). Lumia 430 was not the only Windows phone available in this price. Microsoft previous year launched Lumia 630 with better specs was available for purchase at just Rs. 4,799 on Snapdeal.
The new Lumia 430 sports a 4 inch (480x800) IPS display with the pixel density of 235ppi. The dual sim smartphone is powered by 1.2 GHz dual core Cortex A7 chip driven by Adreno 302 graphics backed by 1GB Ram. The phone sports 2MP rear and VGA front camera.
The phone runs on Microsoft Windows 8.1 and will surely get Windows 10 upgrade when available. The phone comes with 8GB internal storage which is further expandable upto 128GB. It is backed by 1500mAh of battery. In the terms of connectivity, the phone supports 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, FM Radio and USB 2.0.
Microsoft also offering 20GB of cloud Sky drive storage like other Lumia series.
